Bob Whitney

Phone: 801-205-7111Send Bob a message.Bob Whitney is the Principal Broker and co-owner of The Watts Group Real Estate. He has been in the real estate industry since 1976. His love for the Utah mountains, recreation and skiing helped initially launch his career selling real estate in Snowbird and Park City and most recently in Midway and the Ogden Valley.
During his years in real estate, he has found great satisfaction and reward in helping thousands of buyers and sellers achieve their dream of owning and benefiting from the joys and investment of real estate. The friendships made with these clients have created lasting associations and business relationships.
His expertise in new construction, high end luxury homes and downtown Salt Lake City condominiums has been a reputation admired by other real estate professionals. Bob has managed a number of sales people during his career, but finds no greater joy and gratification of being able to work side by side with his two oldest sons, in continuing the fourth generation of family real estate.

His diverse real estate experience includes: development, new construction, existing residential sales, renovations, and long term investment deals. Ryan has bought and sold numerous properties over the years and continues to manage many of his own properties along the Wasatch Front. This experience gives him the first-hand knowledge to best represent his clients in their own transactions. He is dedicated to his client’s best interest and analyzes every transaction as if he were the client.
During the past few years he has been focusing on distressed real estate, selling Bank Owned & Short Sale properties, performing Broker Price Opinions (BPO’s), working with investors, and facilitating Loss Mitigation Services. As the REO Team leader, he is dedicated to provide accurate and timely values, unique marketing, and negotiating that will ensure the highest return of capital to the client in a timely manner.
Ryan is a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource), RDCPro (REO Default Certified Professional), a member of Equator, RES.NET, and Disposolutions. He received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Utah in Finance with a Real Estate emphasis.

He specializes in working as a Buyer's agent and focuses on the customer service aspect of each real estate transaction, making home buying a pleasant experience and stress free. He assists the team with marketing strategies, accounting and property management.
As a property management expert he takes care of tenant screening, leasing properties, schedules all maintenance and property upkeep, bill payment and is known for his friendliness and reliability.
Nate is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Salt Lake Board of Realtors and a member of the Utah Apartment Association. Nate received his Bachelors Degree in Marketing from the University of Utah in 2005.
